This October marks a very special milestone for us: 17 years of Locs of Glory!

For 17 years, you have trusted us with your hair, your beauty, your wellness, and so many meaningful moments in your lives. What began as a vision has grown into something much greater—a community built on beauty, confidence, wellness, education, and genuine relationships.

We know that reaching 17 years in business is not something we accomplished alone. We are here because of you.

Thank you for every appointment you booked, every referral you made, every product you purchased, every class or event you attended, every encouraging word you shared, and every time you chose Locs of Glory. Some of you have been with us for many years, while others have only recently become part of our family. No matter when your journey with us began, your support has helped write our story.

Through the years, we have continued to grow—from healthy loc and natural hair care to a full-service salon and spa offering beauty, wellness, education, retail products, and community programs. Yet through every season of growth, our purpose has remained the same: to create “a healthy place to grow” where people feel cared for, confident, empowered, and valued.

🎀 Fall Training Days 2026 — Beauty Bootcamp for Girls

Fall Training Days are coming! Beauty Bootcamp for Girls is inviting girls ages 7–16 to two hands-on days designed to build confidence, creativity, and practical beauty skills that can last a lifetime.

Join us October 24 & 25 from 10:00 AM–3:00 PM at Better Family Life for hands-on lessons in braiding and manicuring. Breakfast and lunch will be provided, and each participant will receive a take-home kit filled with a mannequin, hair tools, accessories, products, and a nail kit.

As the colder months approach, our Take One, Leave One Coat Drive is back! 💚 Help us spread warmth throughout the community by donating a clean, gently used coat for someone in need.

Have a coat to give? Leave one. Need a coat? Take one. It’s a simple way for neighbors to help neighbors stay warm this season.
